The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 10 April 2019 and tabled at the 18th AGM of the Company held today, 10 May 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
