Outcome
We refer to the announcements dated 19 January 2017, 27 February 2017, 3 March 2017 and 12 April 2017 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of UMWH, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of UMWH have approved all the resolutions in relation to the Proposals as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 12 April 2017 at the EGM held earlier today.
The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by UMWH. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the poll.
