ERRATA STATEMENT TO THE ANNUAL REPORT 2012 We wish to inform shareholders that there is an amendment to item no. 5 of the Notice of the Thirty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company on page 2 of the Annual Report 2012, and to the Form of Proxy with regard to Ordinary Resolution 5, whereby the quantum of Directors’ fees should read as RM1,581,000 instead of RM890,000.

Outcome
The amount of Directors' fees for the year ended 31st December 2012 stated in Resolution 5 should read as RM1,581,000 instead of RM1,518,000 as announced yesterday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
