Outcome
The Board of Directors of Jaks Resources Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 18 October 2018 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company.
