The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that allthe Resolutions 1 to 8 as set out in the Notice of Fiftieth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 5 November 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 5 December 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company, BDO Governance AdvisorySdn Bhd.
