The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that allthe Resolutions 1 to 11 as set out in the Notice of Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 9 November 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 6 December 2017.

The results of the poll were validated by the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company, BDO Governance AdvisorySdn Bhd. Please refer to the attachment for the details of the poll results.
