The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that allthe Resolutions 1 to 11 as set out in the Notice of Forty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 22 November 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 15 December 2016.

The results of the poll were validated by the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company, Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd. Please refer to the attachment for the details of the poll results.
