Outcome
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad, the Manager of Amanah Harta Tanah PNB ("AHP" or "the Trust"), MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today was adjourned to 14 April 2015 due to insufficient quorum. Accordingly, the notice of the adjourned EGM will be despatched to the Unit Holders of AHP in due course.
