On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad ("PHNB" or the "REIT Manager"), MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of Amanah Harta Tanah PNB ("AHP") dated 21 October 2019 were duly approved by the unit holders of AHP by way of poll at the EGM held on even date.

The results of the poll were validated by PricewaterhouseCoopers Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by PHNB.
