Reference is made to the announcement made on 28 February 2014 on the Notice of the 2nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Amanah Harta Tanah PNB ("AHP").

The Manager wishes to announce that the 2nd AGM of AHP has been duly conducted on 26 March 2014 and that the unit holders of AHP have approved the Ordinary Resolution on the Proposed Authority to Allot and Issue New Units of AHP Pursuant to Clause 14.03 of the Securities Commission Malaysia's Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts.
