Outcome
The Board of Directors of Versatile Creative Berhad ("VCB") wishes to announce that all of the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16thAGM") dated 31 July2019 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 16thAGM held today.
All of the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Scrutineers Solution Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by VCB.
Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 16thAGM are set out below.
