Outcome
We wish to annouce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting of Hume Industries Berhad ("the Company") held on 25 October 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
