Further to the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 3April2017, the Board ofDirectors wishes to announce that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held earliertoday and all the resolutions therein were duly passed.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
