The Board of Directors of Chin Well Holdings Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 23rdAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today, 27November 2019were carried.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Niche Unity Consultants Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
