The Board of Directors ofHarrisons Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice conveningtheTwenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM")dated 28 April 2017were duly passed at theAGMof the Company held earliertoday.
The voting in respect of all the resolutions was carried out by way of poll, results of which was validated by TMF Global Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 27th AGM is attached herewith.
This annoucement is dated15 June 2017.
