The Board of Directors of Tong Herr Resources Berhad (“THR”)wishes to announce that the membersof THR had passed the resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) datedMay 9, 2017at the EGM held on May 25, 2017.

The voting in respect of the Resolution was carried out by way of a poll and the result was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by THR.
