The Board of Directors of Tong Herr Resources Berhad ("THR") wishes to announce that the members ofTHR had passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated April 24, 2018 at the Twenty-First (21st) AGM held onMay 23, 2018.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Value Creator Consultancy, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
