Outcome
The Board of Directors of Warisan TC HoldingsBerhad("WTCH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 20th Annual General Meeting dated 28 April2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of WTCH.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
