The Board of Directors of MHC Plantations Bhd ("MHC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Fifty-Eighth(58th) Annual General Meeting ("58th AGM") of the Company dated 11 April2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 58th AGM of the Company held at Kompleks Pejabat Behrang 2020, Jalan Persekutuan 1, 35900 Tanjung Malim on Thursday, 10 May 2018.

The results of the poll were validtaed by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
