The Board of Directors of MHC Plantations Bhd ("MHC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("57th AGM") of the Company dated 18 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the 57th AGM of the Company held at Kompleks Pejabat Behrang 2020, Jalan Persekutuan 1, 35900 Tanjung Malim on Thursday, 18 May 2017.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
