The Board of Directors of Compugates Holdings Berhad ("CHB") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of CHBheld today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 10May 2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of CHB.
