Compugates Holdings Berhad ("CHB") wishes to announce that at the TwelfthAnnual General Meeting ("12th" AGM) of CHBheld today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of 12thAGM dated 28April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of CHB.
The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated bySharepollsSdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
