The Board of Directors of Meda Inc. Berhad (the "Company") arepleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 25 January 2019 were duly passed by way of a poll at the EGM of the Company held on Monday, 25 February 2019 at 10.00 a.m.
The results of the poll which were validated by the representative from Messrs GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are set out below:-
