The Board of Directors of Yi-Lai Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice of the SeventeenthAnnual General Meeting (17thAGM) dated 27April 2017 were duly passed at the 17thAGMheld on 25May 2017.
All resolutions tabled at the 17thAGM were voted by poll and results of the poll were validated by Mr Darren Yap of M/sSC Lim, Ng & Co.,the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for the poll results.
