PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN OF UP TO TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF NAIM (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF NAIM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF NAIM (“PROPOSED LTIP”)

We refer to the announcements dated 14 April 2015, 17 April 2015, 28 April 2015 and 29 April 2015 in relation to the Proposed LTIP.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Naim, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of Naim have approved the ordinary resolutions in relation to the Proposed LTIP as set out in the notice of extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) dated 30 April 2015 at the EGM held earlier today.
