Outcome

The Board of Directors of Marine & General Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held today, 31 December 2019 were unanimously carried.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Kalis & Co., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
