SILK Holdings Berhad wishes to inform that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") dated 20 November 2013 were duly passed at the 16th AGM.

Further to our announcement dated 27 November 2013, SILK Holdings Berhad also wishes to inform that Messrs KPMG, having given their Consent to Act, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the 16th AGM in place of Ernst & Young at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
