Further to the announcement made on 27 January 2016 regarding the results of the Resolutions tabled at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 27 January 2016 ("the said amendment"), we wish to advise that two Resolutions relating to the retirement of Directors by rotation in respect of Mr. Siow Der Ming and Mr. Chang Kwong Him were withdrawn as both the Directors' had indicated privatelythat they would not wish to seek for re-election after the expiry of their 3 years term in office or nearest to it at this AGM.

This announcement is made to clarify and rectify the said amendment accordingly.
