The Board of Directors of Mudajaya Group Berhadwishes to announce that allthe resolutions tabled at the 15thAnnual General Meeting held today were duly approved by the shareholders. Allthe resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
