Outcome
The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad ("APEX") wishes to announce that at the 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 19 May 2017, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 27 April 2017 were carried.
All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Corporate Streets Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by APEX.
