The Board of Directors of Media Chinese International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 6 August 2013, the shareholders of the Company had approved all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 8 July 2013.
The details of the poll results in respect of the resolutions passed are attached.
