The Board of Directors of Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd ("MASTEEL") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("46th AGM") of MASTEEL dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 46th AGM of MASTEEL. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by MASTEEL.
