Outcome
The Board of Directors of BP Plastics Holding Bhdis pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") of the Company dated 29May 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 15th AGM held today.
The voting in respect of theresolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineersappointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 15th AGM are set out below.
