Outcome

The Board of Directors of CNI Holdings Berhad ("CNI") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting("28th AGM") dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed at the 28th AGM of CNI held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 28th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs Foo, Lee, An & Associates, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by CNI. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
