The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") is pleased to announce that the unitholders of Axis-REIT have at the Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Axis-REIT held today approved the Ordinary Resolution on the Proposed IDRP Authority as defined and prescribed in the Notice convening the AGM.
