Outcome

The Board of Directors of IQ Group Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto annouce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") dated 28July2017were duly passed at the 14th AGM of the Company held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 14th AGM is attached herewith.
