The Board of Directors of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT"), wish to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Ninth Annual General Meeting of Tower REIT ("9th AGM") dated 13September 2021were duly passed by the unitholders of Tower REIT at the 9th AGM held today. All resolutions were voted by way of poll and the results of the poll were duly verified by SKY Corporate Services SdnBhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by Tower REIT.
