Outcome

The Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad, being the Management Company of Al- `Aqar Healthcare Reit ("Al-`Aqar") is pleased to inform that the resolutions as set out in Notice of the Fifth (5th)Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Al-`Aqar dated 30 March 2017 were duly passed by the unit holders of Al- `Aqarat the AGM held today.

All the Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Manager.

This announcement is dated 25 April 2017.

Remark:The poll results for Ordinary Resolution 2 under column 'For' should be '100%' instead of '0%' as announced.
