Outcome

The Board of Directors of Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("HAMSB"), the Managerof Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust ("Hektar REIT"), wishesto announce that the Ordinary Resolutionon the Proposed Authority to Allot and Issue New Units Pursuant to Clause 14.03 of the Securities Commission Malaysia's Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts was duly passed by the unitholders at Hektar REIT's Fifth Annual General Meeting held today.

The resolution was voted by poll and the result was verified by Mr. Yip Yih Pengfrom Mega Business Consultancy Unit, the independent scrutineer appointed by HAMSB. The result of the poll is as follows:-
