The Board of Directors of Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd (“QCM”), the Manager of Quill Capita Trust ("QCT"), wishes to announce that the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 of QCT together with the Trustee’s Report issued to the Unitholders issued by Maybank Trustees Berhad, as trustee for and on behalf of QCT and the Statement issued by QCM, manager of QCT (“Manager”) and the Independent Auditors’ Report thereon were duly laid at the Third Annual General Meeting of QCT held on 12 March 2015.
