The Board of Directors of MRCB Quill Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of MRCB-Quill Reit ("MQREIT"), wishes to announce that the resolution tabled at the 8th AGM of MQREIT held today was duly approved by MQREIT's Unitholders. The resolution was voted by poll and the result was validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Manager.
