The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd ("AKRM"), the Managerof AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust ("ARREIT"), wishesto announce that the Ordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Unitholders' Meeting dated 24 November 2017 was duly passed by the unitholders at ARREIT's Unitholders'Meeting held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the poll result were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by AKRM. The result of the poll is as follows:-
