The Board of Directors of ZHULIAN CORPORATION BERHAD ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 22nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM duly held today, 8 May 2019.

All the resolutions were voted on a poll and the results of the poll were validated by Value Creator Consultancy, the independent scruitneer appointed by the Company.
