The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of FourteenthAnnual General Meeting of the Company dated 15April 2019and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 14May 2019were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results havebeen duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs Boardroom Corporate ServicesSdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd).
