We wish to announce that at the 9th AGM held today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting of AGM dated 26 August 2014 were passed except the followings : (1) resolution 2 on the re-election of Lim Kok Onn was withdrawn as he declined to seek re-election; and (2) resolution 4 on the re-election of Vice Admiral (R) Datuk Haji Jamil Bin Haji Osman was withdrawn as he declined to seek re-election. This announcement is dated 25 September 2014. |
