The Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of WAH SEONG CORPORATION BERHAD will be held at Perdana IV, Level 3, Cititel Hotel, 66 Jalan Penang, 10000 Penang, Malaysia on Friday, 21 June 2013 at 10.00 a.m. The Company wishes to inform that only depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 17 June 2013 shall be regarded as a Member of the Company entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Thirteenth AGM or appoint proxies to attend, speak and vote on his /her behalf.
