With reference to the above, the Board of Directors of Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad wishes to announce that the Ninth Annual General Meeting ("9th AGM) of the Company was duly convened at No. JR52, Lot 1818, Jalan Raja, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Pasir, 84300 Muar, Johor Darul Takzim on Tuesday, 16th June, 2015 at 12.00 noon and all the resolution set out in the Notice of 9th AGM dated 22nd May, 2015 were duly approved by the shareholders.
