The Board of Directors of Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the 12th Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") of the Company was duly convened at Muar Traders Hotel, 3rd Floor, No. 16, Jalan Peteri, 84000, Muar, Johor on Wednesday, 30th day of May, 2018 at 12.00 noon and all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 12th AGM dated 27th day of April, 2018 were duly approved by the shareholders by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by TCMK Consultancy Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the company.
