Outcome
The Board of Directors of Saudee Group Berhad ( the Company ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 12 December 2017 were duly approved by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 28 December 2017.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
The independent scruitineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Messrs. Maximind Link Services.
