Outcome
The Board of Directors of Saudee Group Berhad ( the Company ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 9th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 29 November 2017 were duly approved by way of poll at the 9th AGM of the Company held on 28 December 2017.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
